Trump Administration Sues California Over Transgender Athletes in Schools

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Justice Department on Wednesday sued California over state policies allowing transgender athletes to compete in girls’ school sports, alleging that allowing them to do so violates federal anti-discrimination laws.
