Fresno County Authorities Seek Suspect in Woman's Death

Homicide detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of Serenity Pasillas, 21, in Fresno, with a $2,000 reward offered for information leading to an arrest. (Fresno County SO)

Homicide detectives with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office are searching for the person or possibly people responsible for the shooting death of a 21-year-old woman in Fresno.

Authorities said deputies responded around 1:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, to a report of an injured person on Fowler Avenue between Clinton and Olive avenues.

They found Serenity Pasillas of Fresno suffering from a gunshot wound. Deputies provided medical aid, but Pasillas died at the scene.

Valley Crime Stoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
