The Fresno Fire Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying the person responsible for an arson fire on First Street, between Yale and Weldon avenues, early Friday morning, they said in a statement.

The fire broke out around 3:15 a.m.
Witnesses reported seeing a man running from the scene but could only describe him as an adult male wearing a black hooded sweater.
