The Central California Psychedelic Summit will return to the Tower Theatre on Feb. 15-16, bringing together professionals, experts, and community members for two days of education and dialogue on psychedelics’ role in mental health and personal growth.

Hosted by Advanced Behavioral Concepts, this year’s summit will expand on the success of the 2024 debut event, which became the largest gathering of its kind in the Central Valley.

The summit aims to foster connections among individuals from various fields, providing evidence-based education on topics such as psychedelic policy, social justice, and harm reduction.

Key highlights include lectures, panels, and workshops with renowned speakers and networking opportunities.

Speakers include:

  • Mark Nicolson, leadership consultant and co-founder of Nicholson Change Group, who specializes in transformational leadership and the intersection of spirituality and mental health.
  • Dr. Patil Armenian, UCSF emergency medicine physician and clinical toxicologist, focusing on substance-related health risks, harm reduction, and emergency care related to psychedelics.
  • Paul F. Daley, chemist and co-author of The Shulgin Index, Volume One, who worked closely with Alexander “Sasha” Shulgin to expand knowledge of psychedelic compounds.
  • Manesh Girn, neuroscientist at UCSF’s Neuroscape Psychedelics Division, researching brain mechanisms of psychedelics and translating complex research for the public.

Fresno State students will attend the summit, with 30 tickets purchased for their participation. This initiative highlights the increasing interest in psychedelic research, policy, and mental health applications within the academic community.

Tickets and information are available at psychedeliccc.com and see their daily schedules here.
