Three standout seniors from the 2024 Fresno State football team are gearing up for a trip to Orlando, Florida, where they will participate in the Trillion Tropical Bowl from Thursday to Sunday, Go Bulldogs reported.

Wide receiver Mac Dalena, cornerback Cam Lockridge, and offensive lineman Mose Vavao will represent the Bulldogs at this premier college football all-star event, offering them an opportunity to play in front of NFL scouts and general managers.

The Tropical Bowl, now in its 10th year, showcases top-tier Division I seniors in a four-day event focused on football, teaching, and scouting.

The game kicks off Sunday at 8 a.m. Pacific Time and will be available via pay-per-view streaming.

Dalena, Lockridge, and Vavao each leave Fresno State with an impressive 2024 season.

A first-team All-Mountain West selection, Dalena’s highlight performance came on Sept. 7 when he amassed 235 yards against Sacramento State, the highest single-game total in the Mountain West in the 2024 season.

Dalena recorded 1,761 receiving yards on 126 receptions and 13 touchdowns in his career.

Playing only nine games in 2024, Lockridge earned first-team All-Mountain West honors with 39 tackles, five interceptions, and seven pass breakups.

His five interceptions led the Mountain West and ranked third nationally.

Lockridge, who began his college career at Reedley College and Hawai’i before joining Fresno State, finished with 14 career interceptions, tying for the FBS lead among active players.

Mose Vavao, a versatile and durable presence on Fresno State’s offensive line, started 38 consecutive games, excelling across multiple positions. (GV Wire/Steven Sanchez)

A force on the Bulldogs’ offensive line, Vavao started 12 games at center in 2024 and missed just one game due to an injury.

He appeared in 58 games and was a starter in 38 consecutive contests.

Vavao transitioned from left guard to right guard and eventually to center during his time as a Bulldog.

Lockridge will suit up for the National Team, while Dalena and Vavao will represent the American Team.
