Fresno County Sheriff’s homicide detectives are searching for a light-colored GMC or Chevrolet pickup truck that may have been involved in a fatal shooting in Sanger.

On March 2, 2024, deputies responded at about 5:30 a.m. to reports of gunfire and discovered Cesar Quezada, 43, of Sanger with gunshot wounds. He died at the scene in the 3100 block of South Indianola Avenue.
According to investigators, Quezada was found inside an inoperable van parked on the property. Detectives believe the shooting wasn’t a random act of violence.

The suspect vehicle is described as a light-colored pickup truck, with noticeable discoloration on the passenger side of its extended cab. The truck features black rims, oversized tires, and a loud exhaust system.
