Before vice presidential candidate JD Vance raised big money in Coalinga, the Ohio senator was spotted jogging in downtown Fresno.

Vance arrived in Fresno Tuesday night, his Trump Force 2 airplane parked at Fresno Yosemite International Airport. Social media reports indicated that Vance and his entourage stayed at the downtown Double Tree, and exercised before heading to Harris Ranch.

The Double Tree would not confirm, citing guest privacy.

Social media posts also spotted Vance jogging Wednesday morning.

Coalinga Fundraiser

Central Valley megadonors Richard F. Spencer, his wife Karen Spencer, John Harris, and Harris executive William Bourdeau hosted Vance, with tickets starting at $3,300, and a photo costing $15,000, several media sources reported.

Reports are that Vance attracted 100 to 150 guests to the heavily secured event. Several elected leaders, including Congressmember Vince Fong, R-Bakersfield, and Fresno County District Attorney Lisa Smittcamp appeared.

Vance returned to FYI, flying to Phoenix mid-afternoon Wednesday.
