The sexual assault case against Tomas Jimenez, 60, of Dinuba has expanded with new victims coming forward. Originally charged for alleged assaults on four female victims, Jimenez now faces accusations from 21 individuals, according to the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office.

Authorities suspect Jimenez primarily operated within the Spanish-speaking community.

Formal charges were filed on June 25, 2024, following an investigation by the Dinuba Police Department. Jimenez was taken into custody on July 2 and pleaded not guilty at his arraignment the next day. He is being held at the Bob Wiley Detention Facility without bail.

Jimenez, who had been charged with five felony and three misdemeanor counts of forcible fondling, and one additional felony count, is alleged to have committed these crimes during massage sessions at his Dinuba home beginning in 2021.

Got a Tip?

The District Attorney’s Office urges additional victims or anyone with additional information about Jimenez or potential victims to come forward.

“The information line remains open to anyone who may be a victim of this case or has more information,” said Sgt. Martha Rodriguez of the DA’s Office of Investigations. “It doesn’t matter how long ago the crime happened, and it doesn’t matter the legal status of the victim, nor will we ask about the legal status of a victim.”
