Missing 4-Year-Old Found Safe But Tired and Hungry at Huntington Lake

On Friday, at about 8 a.m., the Tulare County Search and Rescue Team found 4-year-old Christian Ramirez, who had been missing since Thursday morning, according to the Fresno Sheriff’s Office.

He was found about a quarter-mile from the spot where he was last seen at Rancheria Campground. Authorities reported that Christian was in good health, although he was tired and hungry.

He has since been reunited with his parents. Details regarding the circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear.

The search operation highlighted teamwork and dedication, involving over 50 deputies and volunteers. Multiple law enforcement agencies collaborated, working through the night to locate the missing child.

Many residents offered assistance in the search, remained vigilant, shared information on social media, and sent prayers. Their collective efforts played a crucial role in ensuring Christian’s safe return, a sheriff’s office spokesman said.
