The Fresno Fire Department is seeking any information that may help unmask a serial arsonist responsible for burning down four homes and displacing families.

These arson-started fires targeted homes in northwest and southwest Fresno, leaving the residences in ruin. At each event, the suspect posted a handwritten note at the residence and proceeded to use gasoline to ignite a fire.

The FFD Fire Investigations Unit believes the suspect to be a middle-aged female. They are seeking any information from anyone who has seen similar notes or has information about people who could be suspects.

Have a tip? Contact Valley Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP (7867) or the Fresno Department Arson hotline at (559) 621-ARSN (2767).
