Arut Mkhitaryan, owner of the bakery/restaurant Baklava House, has a customer-first attitude.

“When people are happy, we are happy,” he says.

The combination is working, Mkhitaryan reports, because “business is growing.”

Baklava House is at 2040 W. Bullard Ave at West Avenue in the shopping center anchored by Save Mart.

The restaurant’s hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. It is closed on Sundays.
