California’s ongoing campaign to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and decarbonize the environment has the California Air Resources Board considering new rules.
If adopted, the rule changes could hike gas costs by about 50 cents per gallon next year. CARB says the changes are to lower carbon emissions and keep people healthier.
