New Locally Owned Cannabis Shop Higher Level Offers 25% Off Storewide

Higher Level has local ownership and is the newest dispensary in Fresno’s rapidly growing legal cannabis market.
The store at 4795 N. Blackstone Ave., near Santa Ana Avenue, plans its grand opening on Feb. 16.
Until then, however, it is offering 25% off everything in the store during a “soft launch.” The store is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
Jordan White, the dispensary’s general manager, says the staff knows local tastes and specializes in helping customers select products that alleviate pain.
