In a recent statement, Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi issued a chilling warning to the United States and Israel, escalating tensions in the region. The exiled crown prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, joined ‘FOX & Friends’ to discuss the implications of this ominous message.
Pahlavi highlighted the Iranian regime’s pattern of domestic repression and foreign aggression, utilizing proxy forces in Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Hamas in Gaza. He quoted a popular slogan on the Iranian streets, “neither Gaza, nor Lebanon, my life is a sacrifice for Iran,” indicating the Iranian people’s awareness that the regime does not represent their aspirations.
“The regime is trying to push the envelope to see if they can take advantage of any weaknesses,” Pahlavi said. He suggested that the regime becomes emboldened when the West hesitates or fails to apply pressure.
