Voter concerns about the economy and President Joe Biden’s age, as well as his handling of immigration, are posing challenges for his re-election campaign, according to the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll.
In contrast, former President Donald Trump’s approval rating is rising among voters despite his criminal indictments.
The bottom line: In a potential November 2024 matchup, Trump has 51% support while Biden has 42% -— up 3 points for Trump and down 2 points for Biden from an ABC/Post poll in February.
