In an interview with the BBC, former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett discusses his country’s recent military operation in Jenin, a city in the occupied West Bank.

He emphasizes that Israeli forces are specifically targeting terrorists, not civilians, in an effort to safeguard Israeli lives. Bennett further asserts that the Israeli government is united in its actions and that the operation will only conclude when the terrorists acknowledge the Jewish state of Israel.

The interview provides an insight into the Israeli government’s perspective on the ongoing conflict and their justification for the military operation.
