Hospitals throughout the Valley sent out an SOS on Friday afternoon.

COVID is rising again, and it’s flu and RSV season.

All are hitting the Valley hard and medical-care teams are overwhelmed as emergency rooms fill beyond capacity with patients.

The message from Valley hospitals is this: Please do your part.

1. Get your vaccines and boosters.
2. Wear a mask in public.
3. Stay away from others if you’re feeling sick & and encourage friends & family to do the same.
4. Don’t visit a hospital emergency room or call for an ambulance unless you have a real medical emergency.
