Ono Hawaiian Barbecue, a “fast-casual” restaurant chain, is celebrating the opening of its 100th outlet on Friday in Visalia with special deals and festivities.
The food and the fun will commence at 11 a.m. at the restaurant, which is at 708 S. Mooney Blvd., between Meadow and Myrtle avenues.
The deals include buy-one, get-one-free all day in the store and online. In addition, there will be Hawaiian dancers performing and giveaway scratchers for menu items.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be opening our 100th Ono BBQ location and celebrating this milestone,” said company CEO Joshua Liang in a news release. “This achievement would not be possible without our loyal customers who’ve shown their love for our food and brand.”
Family-Owned Chain Grills to Order
The family-owned chain was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Diamond Bar, California. It has restaurants in California and Arizona.
The company says its entrees feature fresh ingredients, prepared from scratch daily, and grilled to order.
“We aim to combine the culture and ‘Aloha’ spirit of Hawaii into our restaurants to bring a taste of the islands with exceptional service in an inviting atmosphere,” Ono Hawaiian Barbecue says on its website.
