The winner of a drawing for a move-in ready three-bedroom home in Granville Homes’ Belterra community in Fresno will be announced tonight (Wednesday). The home features 2.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, an office, and many upgrades.

Ticket sales for the annual fundraiser generated $800,000 this year for 10 local nonprofit beneficiaries. The giveaway has now raised a grand total of over $6.6 million since 2006.

How to Watch the Drawing

For the grand prize drawing this evening, a small group of guest speakers, nonprofit beneficiaries and media representatives gather in front of the home starting at 6 p.m. The selection of the winner will be streamed live on Granville Homes’ Facebook Page and broadcast on KSEE24.
