Join us on Saturday, September 21 as we Salute to Veterans & First Responders during live horse racing! As a thank you, the first 100 veterans/first responders will receive a $5 betting voucher. The love doesn’t stop there as our dedicated heroes will be given FREE reserved seating! Also, be sure to stop by the booths on your way in and learn about great local organizations supporting our veterans and first responders. PLUS – there will be a special presentation of the flags by Clovis VFW Post 3225!

Michi lovers, listen up! We’re spicing up the races with Michi Day on Sunday, September 22 during live horse racing! We’re teaming up with Fresno Street Eats and Vendor Village to bring the best local Michelada vendors and they’ll be serving up their specialty Micheladas all day long! Attendees can also enjoy tacos, live music by DJ FS (Floating Species), and a special Kids’ Zone with face painting! Guests will all have a chance to enter-to-win a “Taco Truck Throwdown” ticket package! Plus, the first 50 attendees will get a pair of tickets to the 2024 Big Fresno Fair!

Steven Sanchez, a resident of Clovis, graduated from Buchanan High School in the class of 2007 and obtained his film degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Steven is a multifaceted artist, working as a filmmaker, writer, photographer, videographer, and published author. He has a profound passion for movies, comic books, and rock ‘n’ roll. A dedicated football enthusiast, he cheers for the Las Vegas Raiders. In his leisure time, he indulges in reading and collecting vinyl records. Steven is often found attending rock shows in town, a keen enthusiast of live music. He holds a special fondness for his grandma's homemade meals and spending time with his twin sister.
