Tulare County authorities are asking the public to help identify relatives of a Luis Manuel Hernandez, 53, who was found dead in a Porterville vehicle on Oct. 1, 2025. (Tulare County SO)

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Office is asking the public for help identifying relatives of a 53-year-old man found dead in a vehicle in the Porterville area.

Luis Manuel Hernandez was discovered unresponsive on Oct. 1 and was pronounced dead, the sheriff’s office said.
