“Tapped Out,” initially airing on Valley PBS (KVPT-18.1), tells the story of water from the perspective of the farmer.

The four-part series, by filmmaker Jeff Aiello, explores all aspects of Valley water: where it comes from, the battles of who gets to use it and what the future holds for water.
