Fresno judge favors gun advocates in free speech case

A federal judge in Fresno favored a gun rights groups in a free speech case, the Los Angeles Times reports. Judge Lawrence O’Neill issued a preliminary injunction against the state of California preventing a gun rights group from publishing the home addresses of state legislators who voted in favor of a gun control bill.
